coco<br \/>1\/2 c.\u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en poudre<br \/>1c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de poivre noir<br \/>15 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/p><p>Tout mettre dans une casserole et faire chauffer (sans bouillir) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te.<\/p><p><u>Pour pr\u00e9parer le lait d&rsquo;or<\/u>:<\/p><p>1\/2 \u00e0 1 c.\u00e0 caf\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te selon les go\u00fbts<br \/>250 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (avoine ou amande)<br \/>un peu de miel ou de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable<br \/>1 pinc\u00e9e de cannelle<\/p><p>M\u00e9langer le lait avec la p\u00e2te en chauffant doucement.
